Design for durability of products and parts - increase lifespan

Design systems with high charge cycle energy storage types (Supercapacitor & LiFePo4 or Na-Ion battery) - increase lifespan.

Prefer high efficiency converter chips - reduce energy loss

Prefer low resistance parts - reduce energy loss

Production phase - Green Design Considarations

Each materials are ROHS compatible.

Each PCB-s has lead-free surface finish.

We are only using lead-free solder paste & solder wire.

Low temperature solder paste for reduced smt reflow energy and minimize stress on smt parts & PCBs.

Each products are tested individually - minimize unnecessary transportation.

Each faulty products are repaired, not thrown is the garbage.

Packaging & Shipment phase - Green Design Considarations

Each package box are made from recycled paper.

We utilize right-sized packaging to minimize unnecessary material waste and reduce the overall volume of the shipment.

We carefully select logistics partners based on their own sustainability commitments and ongoing efforts to integrate green fleets and energy-efficient practices.
